Class and COVID-19

Not about videogames, but with this research project active, my mind is alert to any discussions of socioeconomic class I run across. Hence this piece in the New York Times caught my eye. It's depressing (as most news about the virus is), but highlights what we all probably already know but are not making explicit: your class position in many ways determines your risks of contracting the virus, whether it's your ability to work from home or not, your access to health care, and your financial solvency to ride out troubled times.
